PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT Please arrive on time for your appointment. Your time slot is reserved for you so I can complete the full service in the time that you are booked for. Seating is limited at the studio. Inform me ahead of time if you will have additional guests. For a seamless experience at your appointment: - Arrive with no eye-makeup and sunscreen. - If you are booking a full lash set, do not curl your lashes prior to the appointment since it can affect extension application. - Refrain from consuming caffeinated beverages at least 4 hours prior to the appointment to reduce eye-twitching during the service. - Dress comfortably since you will be lying down for a few hours. Blankets are provided at the studio if you get cold. - You are welcome to bring earbuds to listen to your own music or podcast if you prefer. BOOKING All appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee. The remaining payment is due on the day of service. Card payments or exact cash are accepted. There are no refunds on goods or services. Appointment requests outside normal business hours will be charged a $25 fee. If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent/guardian with you on the day of service to sign a consent form. RESCHEDULES & CANCELLATIONS If you reschedule or cancel your appointment LESS THAN 24 HOURS before the scheduled time, you will be required to pay a new non-refundable booking fee. One reschedule is allowed per appointment. I have the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment if you come in feeling ill or contagious. LATE ARRIVALS Late arrivals that are 15 minutes or more past your scheduled time without prior notice will be an automatic cancellation and considered a no-show.
